Customers may not make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, drug-like, disease-related, or otherwise unlawful claims regarding products manufactured or supplied by Cielo Manufacturing.

Private-label and contract-manufacturing customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their formulas, labels, artwork, claims, directions, warnings, packaging, websites, advertisements, social-media content, product listings, and customer-facing materials.

Manufacturing or supplying a product does not constitute Cielo Manufacturing’s legal or regulatory approval of the customer’s product, artwork, claims, label, intended use, resale channel, or chosen jurisdiction.

Customer-Supplied Materials and Specifications

When a customer provides ingredients, extracts, cannabinoids, formulas, artwork, labels, packaging, instructions, certificates, or product specifications, the customer represents that such materials are lawful, accurate, appropriately tested, properly identified, and suitable for their intended purpose.

Cielo Manufacturing is not responsible for unlawful, inaccurate, misleading, contaminated, mislabeled, or noncompliant customer-supplied materials, specifications, claims, or instructions.

No Guarantee of Legal Interpretation

Hemp and cannabinoid laws may be subject to different interpretations by regulators, law-enforcement agencies, courts, judges, juries, testing laboratories, carriers, and other authorities.
