Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Cielo Manufacturing website. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Payment Requirement

Payment in full is required when an order is placed. Website orders require a one hundred percent (100%) advance payment, including applicable product charges, taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, and other fees shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.

Cielo Manufacturing is not required to order materials, reserve production capacity, begin or continue production, prepare an order, or release products for shipment until all required payments have been received and cleared.

2. Order Processing and Production

Processing and production timelines depend on the type of product ordered. In-stock products may be prepared for shipment after payment and order verification. Custom, bulk, private-label, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Production timelines begin only after Cielo Manufacturing has received:

  • Payment in full
  • Complete shipping information

3. Estimated Shipping Dates

Processing, production, shipment, and delivery dates are estimates unless Cielo Manufacturing expressly guarantees a specific date in writing.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we will contact the customer with an updated estimated shipping date. The customer may accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected, unshipped portion of the order for a refund.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be calculated during checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, carrier, and selected service.

Certain bulk, palletized, oversized, refrigerated, custom, or freight orders may not qualify for automatic shipping calculations. In these cases, the website may display shipping as “To Be Determined,” or Cielo Manufacturing may provide a separate freight charge before shipment.

Any additional shipping or freight balance must be paid before the order is released to the carrier.

5. Shipping Destinations and Product Restrictions

Products are shipped only to destinations where the product, its ingredients, potency, packaging, and intended sale are permitted by applicable law and accepted by the selected carrier.

Availability may vary by state, locality, carrier, or product category. Cielo Manufacturing reserves the right to decline, hold, modify, or cancel an order when shipment would violate applicable law, carrier requirements, or company compliance standards.

If Cielo Manufacturing cancels an order solely because it cannot legally or operationally ship the product to the supplied destination, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled and unshipped products.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Additional shipping, return-to-sender, address-correction, storage, or reshipment charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Tracking and Carrier Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, security inspections, peak-season volume, regulatory review, or other circumstances outside Cielo Manufacturing’s reasonable control.

Cielo Manufacturing is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been tendered to the carrier. However, we will reasonably assist the customer with an eligible carrier investigation or claim.

8. Failed or Refused Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized recipient is available when required. Orders that are refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, or held because of customer action or inaction may be subject to additional shipping, storage, handling, and reshipment charges.

Shipping charges are not refundable when delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refused shipment, unavailable recipient, failure to retrieve a held shipment, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

9. Damage, Shortage, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect all shipments promptly after delivery. Any visible shipping damage, shortage, incorrect product, or suspected nonconformity must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.

A claim must include:

  • The order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photographs of the products and shipping packaging;
  • Quantities affected;
  • Carrier documentation, when applicable; and
  • Any other information reasonably requested by Cielo Manufacturing.

Customers must retain the affected products, cartons, packaging materials, labels, and shipping documents until the claim has been reviewed. Products should not be discarded, used, altered, or returned without written authorization.

Claims submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after confirmed delivery may be denied to the fullest extent permitted by law.
